“Fourchette Verte” label:
Our team prepares balanced daily menus, accompanied by a large salad buffet. The origin and traceability of our food are strictly monitored to guarantee careful, high-quality service. Meals are prepared according to the requirements of the Swiss health label “Fourchette Verte” to guarantee a healthy diet.

Table service
The main course is served directly at the table by our waitstaff, in a friendly, well-cared-for atmosphere. The starter and dessert are served buffet-style, letting everyone put together their meal according to their taste and appetite. Students may help themselves again as they wish. They can go back for more according to their appetite.
Energy all day
To help maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, a basket of fresh fruit and various snacks is restocked several times a day and left available to our residents.
Tailored menus
We respect everyone’s needs. In addition to the daily special, we always offer a sports and/or vegetarian menu. We also adapt our meals to specific dietary or religious requirements requested by parents.
Outdoor space
When the weather allows, our residents enjoy an outdoor space to have lunch in the open air. Barbecues are also organized for friendly moments of sharing around the fire.
